We are looking for a dynamic HR Director who will own and lead all human resources functions for our San Francisco office and US remote employees, co-ordinate HR functional alignment across our Kenya, Uganda, India and European offices, and provide support on other company operations projects as needed. Reporting to the CFO, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of direct HR admin experience in managing payroll, benefits, employee and labor regulation compliance, and have familiarity with best practices in hiring, performance management, compensation, employee engagement, well being and training. Fluency in data analytics, financial spreadsheets and HR systems a must; as is experience and comfort in a fast growing start-up environment. And most importantly, we're looking for people that share our passion in alleviating poverty through innovation and technology.
