Senior Manager of Digital Marketing

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing lead will help devise strategies, tactics and programs to identify high value leads and accounts, engage them across multiple channels on a personalized basis and accelerate their journey towards sales qualification.

This is a full time role, based in San Francisco. This person will report to the Director of Sales, and will participate in activities that feed into overarching department goals, which include initiatives in the U.S. and Europe.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

Digital Marketing

  • Manage the digital marketing agency to understand performance, ROI, and make recommendations for future campaigns
  • Create and own a demand generation strategy leveraging a portfolio of new and existing programs including SEM/SEO, email marketing, lead nurturing, webinars, events, and other programs.
  • Lead the development, execution and optimization of all campaigns, crunching the numbers and communicating results
  • Leverage data within Google Analytics and Salesforce to identify and report out on key trends
  • Collaborate with content team on the calendar and work with contributors to create new blog posts, and other materials in topic areas that drive our SEO efforts
  • Manage social media strategy and daily channel maintenance
  • Manage consultants or agency to develop and manage website (Wordpress)

 

 

Demand Generation Marketing

  • Collaborate with Sales team to identify target accounts and key personas within them
  • Devise multi-channel campaigns to engage these target prospects and drive them down the lead acquisition funnel, and coordinate marketing outreach
  • Leverage CRM, marketing and analytic systems to execute the above at scale across vertical markets and territories, track performance, and optimize efforts
  • Train and coach sales team to make full use of content and campaigns to effectively engage and qualify leads

 

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing and a bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • Experience building account based marketing programs
  • Aptitude for leveraging digital marketing, digital advertising, and sales acceleration tools and technologies
  • Data-driven and proficient with extracting analytic insights to segment audiences and optimize efforts
  • Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Analytics, landing page personalization, retargeting ad networks and social advertising platforms or similar systems to identify, engage and track relevant prospects at target accounts
  • Understanding of WIX and Wordpress systems preferable
  • Experience in B2B technology markets
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
